Lake Chelan Arts Festival – June 26, 27 & 28, 2026
This agreement is between the Lake Chelan Arts Council (LCAC) and the Artist/Vendor
CANCELING: Artist needs to submit a written notice (through mail or email) by June 5th to the LCAC for a refund to be issued. If the termination is due to the vendor violating the terms of this agreement, no refund will be issued.
BOOTH HOURS: See Festival Information for Options 1 & 2. Booths are to be set-up in Riverwalk Park, Chelan, by the festival opening time of Friday, June 26 at noon (option 1), or Saturday, June 27 at 10 am (option 2). Festival business hours: Noon to 6 pm Friday, 10 am to 6 pm Saturday, and 10 am to 3 pm Sunday.
BOOTH PLACEMENT: Vendors agree to set up their booth within the designated boundaries established by the festival staff. Festival staff will confirm your spot and orientation at check-in. Respect designated assigned spots; display is not to impede traffic. Favorable weather conditions cannot be assured. Vendors are responsible for properly anchoring their booth to the ground with weights. The LCAC does not assume liability for any damage caused by weather conditions.
BOOTH OPERATION: Vendors, or a designated representative, must be present in the booth during festival hours. Vendors may not sublet their assigned space. Vendors shall not operate their booth if under the influence of drugs or alcohol. State and PUD ordinances must be observed. The vendor is responsible for obtaining any required state business license prior to setup.
SECURITY / LIABILITY: Although security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights, June 26 & 27, the booth and materials within it are stored at the sole risk of the vendor. The LCAC does not assume any liability for damage or theft of materials or injury sustained by exhibitors in the assigned space. The vendor agrees to release the Lake Chelan Arts Council, the City of Chelan, and the Chelan County PUD, all sponsoring organizations, their directors, employees, agents, and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability or claims for loss or damage arising from or in conjunction with participation in the Lake Chelan Arts Festival.
